Click on the video above for a course overview

An interactive self-instructed learning programme for your Practice from the leading UK experts in blended resuscitation training.

Ever considered there is another way to learn basic life support?

We would like to introduce you to our exciting and dynamic  training package, which is designed to increase your confidence and competence when dealing with medical emergencies within your Dental Practice.

We hope you never have to deal with an emergency in your dental practice: however, if you do, then having a resource available to you 365 days a year will ensure you are both up to date and competent in your practice. Our course is designed to help you deal with the most common medical emergencies that you are likely to have to deal with in the dental practice. The model below shows you the steps to completion.

You can try our interactive self-instructed training  programme risk free for 30 days. If you are  not completely  satisfied with the product, then simply send it back to us within the time limit and we will give you a full refund.

The interactive training programme matches the cost of most traditional courses; however, you get to keep the training manikin and training  AED worth around 295, and have access to the course 365 days a year.  So is much better value and proven to be as effective, if not more than traditional training.

New staff can complete the programme throughout the year and you can use the equipment to carry out the scenario training at any time. Secondly, on subsequent years you save money as you have already purchased the training kit, all you pay for is the software licence for a further year. And of course you don't have to close the practice to complete the training!.

We are sure that the above will give you all the information you need, but of course, you are welcome to call should you have any questions regarding our courses. To order or make an enquiry call now on 01935 706632 or email at

A few Questions and Answers

Q. Is this training accredited ?.

A. Yes this training is accredited through the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, and meets the requirements for CPD.

Q. Why is this better than face to face training ?.

A. The traditional method of face to face training limits you to a 2-3 hour session once a year. Compared to this method of learning where you have access to the interactive program and equipment for 365 days a year. The cost is significantly cheaper as you are not paying for a trainer each year. You don't have to arrange for everyone to be in the same place at the same time for the training, and you don't have to close the practice.

Q. What if I have just completed my training ?

A. There is still a requirement  to practice your skills regularly and carry out scenario training. As all equipment is provided and along with set scenarios this is ideal for you.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of employees who can take the course ?.

 A. No. The licence is for the practice. Only people who are employed by the licenced practice may take the course. If you are a chain of practices then you will need a licence for each practice.

Q. How many times can I take the course ?.

A. You can take the course as many times as you wish within the licenced period.

Q. Do I get a certificate?.

A. Yes. When you have completed all the activities and assessments you can print a CPD certificate of course completion.  You are only permitted to print one certificate per person during the licenced period.

There is also an option to pay for a Internationally / Nationally Accredited ITOL Certificate. The fee for this is 20 + VAT  paid to ITOL. Application for this is made by verification of your completed course work.
