Q. Is there a limit to the number of employees who can take the course ?. A. No. The licence is for the practice. Only people who are employed by the licenced practice may take the course. If you are a chain of practices then you will need a licence for each practice. Q. How many times can I take the course ?. A. You can take the course as many times as you wish within the licenced period. Q. Do I get a certificate?. A. Yes. When you have completed all the activities and assessments you can print a CPD certificate of course completion. You are only permitted to print one certificate per person during the licenced period. There is also an option to pay for a Internationally / Nationally Accredited ITOL Certificate. The fee for this is £20 + VAT paid to ITOL. Application for this is made by verification of your completed course work.
